Any all productions produced by NiteTea, LLC that feature or advertise characters that owned by other owners (such as ‘Halloween: Noir‘ or ‘The13th‘) do not claim ownership of the intellectual property and / or partnered with the associates who are in ownership.

Though NiteTea, LLC may supply funds to the productions, we understand that there is a non-profit outcome and any product produced is either advertising for the overall company or for the love of the property.
